Lois Griffin's Unperfect Christmas

Lois desperately wants to have the perfect Christmas. However, nothing is going as planned. She becomes increasingly frustrated and finally has a "breakdown," when she thinks there are no paper towels in the house. She leaves the house, going a rampage, terrorizing Quahog. As she passes a man standing on an edge, the man says aloud, "Clarence, I changed my mind. I want to live again. I want to live again." His wish does not come true, however, as Lois angrily pushes him off, causing his demise.

This scene is making fun of a similar scene from what Holiday classic?
