How does ron betray harry. granted he leaves, but he doesn't realy betray him.

Factual error,it specificly states in the 6th book, That he made 6 horcruxes, not 7.The other remniant was still in Voldemort.Having a portion of his soul in him did not make Harry an official one because it was not destroyed by one of the means one can be destroyed therefore, it was not one.
acctually voldemort meant to make six but he acedentaly made another one when he tried to kill harry
when harry is in the train station the gross thing that cries in the corner is the piece of voldemorts soul that attatched to harry when he tried killing him. so harry was the 7th horcrux that wasn't ment to be made

Yes, the 7th horcrux was Harry Potter himself, which explains why he confronted Voldemort unequipped and intentionally. It also explains why he survived Avada Kedavra again. The remnant of Voldemort's soul was destroyed.

yes it was the wizard could use remorse and destroy the horcrux himself, thuogh voldy didnt use remorse he destroyed it himself so it was destroyed by one of the means possible. also in the first book it couldnt decide but it let harrry choose so it was like it wanted whatever harry chose.

True but Voldemort did not make Harry a horcrux. Voldemort only made 6 horcruxes.

Voldemort is Tom Riddle. The diary was a horcrux, and Voldemort's soul took the form of Tom Riddle. Tom was technically the one who got Ginny down there in the first place. Sort of.
