well, i dont think lord voldemort destroyed the last horcrux.... it was neville.... he killed nagini, which was the last horcrux... harry was 'killed' before that.

Neville actually destroys the last horcrux. Voldemort destroys the horcrux with in Harry when they are in the forest. When Hagrid brings him out of the forest Neville takes the sword of Gryffindor and cuts off Nagini's head. At this point there are no more horcruxs left so when Harry and Voldemort duel, it is the Elder Wand that kills Voldemort because it wouldn't kill it's rightful owner. .
Neville destroyed the last Horcrux and It wasn't "Albus Snape Potter" it was "Albus SEVERUS Potter" DUH!!! Why would it be Severus Snapes LAST name?!?!?!?!?!?
