How do you believe new super moderators should be found?
- The date at which they joined the forum is one of the biggest factors. Users who joined in 2003 or 2004 should immediately be looked at as super moderator potentials. Moderating experience does not matter if they have made some sort of impact on the forum.
- The date at which they joined is important, but doesn't account for experience. They should at least have some moderating experience before they become super moderators.
- They should be voted in by the super moderators. The combined judgement of the super moderators is enough to decide who can join their ranks.
- There should be a weighted vote that takes into account how the head super moderator feels about them joining. Since he is higher than other super moderators, he has proven to have an even higher level of judgement and experience.
