How do you deal with conflict?
- I am a leader. I don't like it so I immediately handle it until my conscience is free
- I can stand some of it but if I know i'm wrong, I admit it and move on
- I don't really care. If someone doesn't like me then that's their problem
- I am a follower. If someone doesn't like me, I say whatever I have to say to make them like me again. Even if that means making myself look foolish
- I act like there's nothing there and go on with my day
