well if she likes hannah montana you could have a hannah montana party and have them watch hannah montana dvds or a pool party and let a couple friends sleep over

food n movie would prolly do. last year i had a pool party. movies, and hangout. bowling is what i did 4 my 10th. it doesn't have to b huge! As long as theyre friends, anything is a blast. trust me! I'm 12. But you know everyone's different. Sleepovers are super fun tho! stay up all nite. dont be surprised to be awakened! Have fun. wish u and her the best!
