Should they make a "Metropolis" show (as a spin-off of Smallville)?

I think there should be a "Metropolis" show based off of Smallville. The casting would probably have to be different but the theme of the show should be the same. Instead of being on the farm, Clark should get an apartment in Metropolis and be Superman. The show would be a mixture between the current "Smallville" and past "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman".
