A habit is a pattern of behavior that is acquired, and has become so automatic that it is difficult to break. You may have "good" habits or "bad" habits. A bad habit is one that has negative, or adversive, consequences for you or others. the purpose of this survey is to identify your single most "bad habit" and to find out what you think about it.
