Ok, so... aliens.
Most likely they are not a thriving civilization, if they exist. The materials in space are rather useless since most of the planets are rock and gas chunks. So how powerful could they be? If they exist, they must be smart, to survive in those conditions. But they wouldn't bother wasting time on us. We're not going anywhere. If they exist, they're organisms of small size.
So in my opinion, they don't exist.

Im just gonna say logicly its obvius to think humans arent the only inteligent life forms in the universe BUT they wouldnt necessarilly be smart anyone ever thought of aliens being a young life form in the middle of evolution? and even if theyre smarter than humans what would make you think they would be interested in some primitive life forms we humans would be for them?
and by the way if theyre from another planet they couldnt possibly survive our planets conditions. For Example maybe they eat something that doesnt exist on Earth or maybe theyre not accostumed to our oxygenes compossition or a simple virus that would most likely cause a little cough on humans might kill them
there a billions of stars in our galaxy and that's just ONE galazy, of course other life-forms exist. To say they don't exist is STUPID
