Stress is here to stay. Unfortunately, it is a part of your daily life, whether you like it or not. But understanding and knowing your symptoms and how to manage your individual stress can help you lead a more productive and balanced life. Keep in mind stress can manifest itself in a variety of emotional, behavioral, and even physical symptoms, and the symptoms of stress may vary enormously among different individuals.
