'I got my chance' a poem [sorry its squished]

I saw you coming home from school,I tried to play it cool,you didnt even see me,I knew we could never be.From then on,I thought you were the one,who I could share my life with.Everytime I looked at you,I smiled,I still do.But then I saw you with him,and I felt the light inside me go dim.You had already moved on,my chace had gone.Then I heard you shout and cry,I figured you could still be mine.So I took a chance,and now Im loved,by the one girl I thought never would.
