Aww that dog pic is Sam....I think his name was....i can't remember lol....he was a Chinese Crested who had some stff wrong wih him like catarax and artharitus (haha can't spell lol) and he was really old....he had no teeth either so his tongue flopped out of his mouth....aww i really wanted to meet him ^_^ lmao

XD My dad's girlfriend has a dog that she sometimes brings over and my cat beats the shttt out of it. Always fun to watch.

NO. No, they aren't. Cats have different personalities. Some can be like that, but most that I know of loving and sweet and love to be pet. My cats always come when I call.
Plus, no, dogs are not necessarily smarter. I have a cat that can sit and shake. Stick that in your juice box and suck it.
