A friend of mine, let's call her G.I.JANE, likes her best freind (let's call him G.I.JOE). G.I.JOE just broke up with G.I.JANE's sister (BARBIE). G.I.JANE didn't tell BARBIE or JOE that she likes JOE in the first place. JOE is still getting over the breakup and JANE is trying to help him while win his heart.
