The learners complete the SALTiness test and see their profile “very SALTy, quite SALTy, some way to reach SALTiness”, they send their reflection in the discussion forum. (NB: This test is on SALTiness in everyday life, in module 3 they’ll have a test on SALTiness when practicing SALT visits)

Your kids refuse to eat, arguing that the fish you’ve prepared isn’t tasty
- You tell them to eat all. If not they won't have a dessert
- You ask them why they don't like it and how they would like you to prepare it next time
- You listen, ask them if they want to eat something else or add some ingredients to the plate and invite them to prepare it

You’re a mid-level manager, and since one or two months, your administrative assistant is very slow in completing his tasks
- You talk with your colleagues, asking if they noticed that the admin is very slow these times, you try to find a solution together to help the assistant in his task (have another admin or give him some free days)
- You come to him, ask him if he’s feeling ok. You explain why you’re asking that and ask him, what should be done; also you propose your help if needed

- First you congratulate him on the content; then you give him tips and tools to address stress and consequent stutter
- You tell him he was terrific; there’s no need to hurt him with criticism and it wasn’t that bad
- You ask him how he feels and if he’s happy with the presentation. Adding to his self-evaluation, you stress what was good and give him advices on points he’d like to improve
