as your group heads to the light... the battle raged on you soon wake up in an medical installation at the base known as High Ground. you see the nurse healing you. a few moments later you get off the table. you see Vincent and R.T.K. at the door... Vincent has a broken arm and R.T.K. has a broken leg. "Good to see you up instead up thrashing about in your sleep. you must of had one hell of a nightmare. but don' worry I'm General Danvi. and I'm Commander Sueu... we rescued you and your crew..."

    "look you dont need to worry you're at a medical base known as High Ground." General Danvi said. "I looked at your survice reckored and i noticed that your sargent isn't here. i must assume the worst"

    "Where is your sargent?" Danvi asked. "OUR SARGENT'S DEAD!" Vincent yelled. "Yes, he's dead because we weren't strong enough to help him." Then the alarm goes off... "The Flood! THEY FOUND US!"

    damn it! we're out manned and out gunned. we have to get to the survice elevader but first we have to get the men down there.Danvi said.And the other soldiers being treated. you 2 get the wounded.

    you see three scouts at the gate when you open it. then the flood comes and attacks the others coming from the shore

    the flood comes up to the base at great speed. "Sueu! now would be a great time to close the gates!" "Im trying but the computer is frozen!" "Damn it!"

    the flood just keeps coming when another ship of them crashes right on the base. "We have to get the to survice elevader! there's nothing left for us here." Run!

    the flood is taking over the base quickly ans the survice eleveader needs time to get here, you see 2 marines waiting worringly

    the elevader door opens but the general stays behind. "GO AS LONG AS COMMANDER SUEU STAYS WITH YOU, YOU HAVE A GOOD CHASE AT LIVING, IM GOING TO HIT THE SELF DISTRUST BUTTON! GO!

    the whole place shakes and you see fire you remember what your sargent said to you this place is now your home dont let is die for it will also be yout tomb the whole place crashes and goes dark...
