Vampire "Unleashed" Prt.1

So it's the year 2016 and vampires have evolved enough to become apart of the human world without having to hide :D (I know right). The government creates V.C.O (vampire control organaztion) its police except they're for law-breaking vampires not humans. It's the new's top story for months! A year later after the humans have calmed down a little from the whole thing you decide to go outside due to extreme bored-ness. As you walk outside you spot a group of vampires-no they spot you.....
