I can't hold back the tears
Nor can I keep away the fears
The fears I have, I didnt recognize at first
But now I know, the fear I have is myself

I'm a danger to my own self
It's a truth I have ignored but always felt
I'm always asking myself why
But then again, I am the one making myself cry

There's no way anyone can help me
So I'll be the one to aid this broken being
This realization is a good start
For me to have a better life
