Do you think she is strong?

One of my best friends is 12. She is a huge fan of Jstar and very strong. Do you think if a 12 year old can pull herself up a door like 15 times in a row and do 100 jumping jacks and not get tired. Can do curl ups very easy too. Think about it a 12 year old really can't do that. She is mostly 11 though.
