This survey is intended to gather demographic information as part of research for "Kaleidoscope," a Depeche Mode fanbook, being created for a Graphic Design independent study project.
The book will contain quotes, reviews, photos and artwork by fans. The goal of the project is to express inspiration and appreciation for DM in a way that respects the dignity and integrity of the band and the fans.
