The US stock market has been reaching new highs followed by big sell offs in recent weeks. What do you think the market is going to do in the next 6 months?

- STEADY STATE: Despite the recent swings, I think the market will generally level off and continue to stay steady/ move up or down slightly. The economy is big and diversified and the fundamentals are good, if not great.
- DOWN: The market is over valued and the credit crunch is serious. I think there will be a huge decline/ "restructuring" in the market over the next 6 months. Stocks will fall.
- UP: Despite recent activity, the fundamentals remain strong. I think the market will continue to show significant gains in upcoming months.
- NOT CLEAR: I just don't know. Somedays I think it will be OK; other days I think we are in for some big declines.
