• Observation 1: Lack of sufficient servers for ranked games.
  Recommendation: Increase number of ranked servers available to players.
• Observation 3: Profile updates slowly or not at all, and for some users do not reflect ribbons, medals or other accomplishments, in addition, when the system does update some users lose their character customization after update.
  Recommendation: Please have server update character data more frequently and investigate why some users are losing their existing character customization when the server does update their profile.
• Observation 4: Clans are capped at a 30 member limit
  Recommendation: Remove clan limit or set to a significantly higher number
• Observation 6: Game freezes during online multi-player when user is utilizing split-screen mode.

• Observation 7: Downloaded version of Warhawk only playable on one PSN account.
  Recommendation: Allow Warhawk to be used by the MAC address of the console or another physical verification means to enable multiple accounts on the same PS3 to play online or locally.
• Observation 8: Master Badges to easy to achieve.
  Recommendation 1: Increase difficulty in obtaining Master Badges. Makes the obtainment more of an accomplishment, because it is no longer as easy to obtain.
• Observation 9: Not enough Death Matches for more than 8 players
  Recommendation 2: Increase amount of servers for 8+ death match games
• Observation 10: Lack of support for messages & invites while in game
  Recommendation: Provide for ability to select current or recent user call signs and send invite, clan invite as well as private or group text messages. Currently you have to exit match to do so, which can be an enormous problem, because it is so difficult to get into ranked matches.
• Observation 11: Lack of a user lobby system increases difficulty for coordination and communication with friends.
  Recommendation: Create lobby system with audio and text capability to allow users to communicate freely.
• Observation 12: Inability to invite existing friends to game during play.
  Recommendation: Add ability to invite another to your friend/clan list during or after battle.
• Observation 13: Inability to easily recognize clan members or friends during play
  Recommendation: Create flashing title or differing color for friends and clan members to make them stand out.
• Observation 14: Inability to filter Ranked vs. Unranked Games
  Recommendation: Create ranked or unranked game filter.
• Observation 15: When joining friends/clan members in a game form your community page, no report is made as to whether the server you are entering is ranked or not.
  Recommendation: When joining friends/clan members report should be made to confirm/deny joining rank/unranked server to ensure user is aware of game type.
• Observation 17: Server list refresh rate is excessive.
  Recommendation: Stop loading the list, it is extremely painful because once you attempt to connect to a server and are kicked out because a server is full, you have to wait for the whole list to re-load before you can try to get in on another server, which increases the frustration, especially when the server is really not full anyway.
• Observation 18: Lack of background music reduces enjoyment of game.
  Recommendation: Use existing music scores or allow user to input tracks from PS3 into game for listening. User should be able to adjust levels as well as turn on/off.
• Observation 19: Team kill awarded for mines, but doesn’t involve cooperation.
  Recommendation: Remove Mine Team Kill reward.
• Observation 20: Not enough weapons for ground troops on map
  Recommendation: Increase amount of weapons distributed on the map.
• Observation 21: Lack of servers with Friendly Fire “off”
  Recommendation: Create some servers with friendly fire off or randomly create matches with friendly fire off.
• Observation 22: Inability to check PSN message while in the Warhawk lobby.
  Recommendation: Allow users to retrieve email and messages along with sending and receiving notes from other users while in the lobby. This will prevent users from having to exit the game to retrieve messages or send private messages to other users.
• Observation 23: Inability to look around when driving jeep.
  Recommendation: Allow driver to look around while driving.
• Observation 24: Lack of ground mines reduces fairness against tanks
  Recommendation: Increase number of ground mines to combat armored vehicles and personnel for defense.
• Observation 27: Six Axis motion control is not practical for vehicles other than Warhawks and switching during the game is a distraction for the player.
  Recommendation: Enable six axis control specific for each platform vs. having it on or off for all vehicle types.
• Observation 28: Users are unable to reassign push-to-talk (PTT) button form L3 to another button, such as “O”
  Recommendation: Allow users to manage controller assignment for non-mandatory functions.
• Observation 29: Time between rounds is too short
  Recommendation: Increase time between rounds to 1 minute or allow users to “vote” on an accepted delay between rounds, for example, 1, 2, or 5 minute breaks or even to delay, “pause” the game.
• Observation 30: Inability to know who is using their mic during game play.
  Recommendation: When someone transmits on the headset their call sign should also be apparent or “flash” on the screen so you know who is talking, currently there is a speaker symbol above the name of the character, but if you can’t see them, then there is no way to determine who is talking unless they state their name, which adds needless voice traffic on the voice circuit.
• Observation 31: Game play is too short
  Recommendation: Increase score limits.
• Observation 32: Re-spawn time allows inappropriate advantage to ground troops against mechanized infantry.
  Recommendation: Create 10 second re-spawn timer on ranked matches. Irritation to kill infantry and then have them re-spawn and destroy your tank with grenades 5 seconds later.
• Observation 33: CTF games limited to 1 capture.
  Recommendation: Increase flag captures to 3, prevents rush for the flag and the lack of strategic play as well as short game times.
• Observation 34: Capturing flag nets too many points.
  Recommendation: Decrease point amount to prevent flag rushes resulting in players getting inordinate amounts of points each CTF game as well as fratricide where teammates will kill their own in order to obtain the flag and score.
• Observation 35: Audio voice quality is unacceptable.
  Recommendation: Increase sample rate or BW given to voice transmission. Even with high quality headsets everyone sounds digitized.
• Observation 36: Infantry soldiers are too resistant to machine gun fire.
  Recommendation: Decrease number of rounds that the machine gun takes to kill soldiers.
• Observation 37: Change the current setup where people have the same name as the player during split-screen.
  Recommendation: Correct display name instead of the same name with a numeric digit following, allow user to enter a distinct name for each person playing to reduce/eliminate confusion.
• Observation 38: Radar in the top right of screen is sometimes too large when playing 3 or 4 person split screen games, even on large display monitors.
  
  Recommendation: Have a couple more options to decrease/increase size of map for user instead of the current option of just 2 sizes or even to remove it entirely if a person chooses to.
• Observation 39: More of multi-player maps.
  Recommendation: Please create more maps for greater diversity. Please do not make this fee based or it will split the user base.
• Observation 40: When playing Split-Screen games with 3 players, all screens are equally sized.
  
  Recommedation: Enable user to switch between two options, 3 equally sized screens or 2 equal and 1 larger screen (similar to RFOM)
• Observation 41: Lack of Sniper quality and inability of troops to use weapon properly.
  Recommendation: Fix sniper optics “distortion”, increase the range of the sniper. range of about 1,850 meters. In addition, allow troops to go into prone or kneeling position to reduce the amount of expose body when shooting. A penalty could be introduced, that when not kneeling or prone “shake” would result.
• Observation 42: Create offline game play
  Recommendation: Create "Bots" to acts as opposing force to user. This allows players to be able to play a single player game without a campaign mode in the event of a network outage or simply to practice skills enhancement.
• Observation 43: Lack of Engineer/Demolition packs removes ability to destroy bridges and force Warhawk combat or bridge repair.
  Recommendation: Create Demo and repair packs to destroy/fix bridges. Big strategic tool could be enabled to increase game play complexity.
• Observation 44: Lack of TOW missile for ground troops reduces ability to defend/attack Tanks.
  Recommendation: Create M220 launchers for Jeeps/infantry that the user can pick up in a manner just like infantry with weapons even in a jeep; this would fire the BGM-71 TOW missile, which could be used against other tanks, jeeps and fixed targets. The same icon would allow the user to should fire just like in real life or to execute from the back of the jeep instead of using the jeeps machine gun.
• Observation 46: Give players ability to swim in “future expansion”
  Recommendation: In future maps include beaches and ability of players to swim between points, which would increases dimensionality when combined with naval units. Swimming players could release sea based mines, or install and detonate explosive devices on stationary naval vessels.
• Observation 47: Lack of Shotgun inhibits defense against knife and close combat kills.
  Recommendation: Add Shotgun to game.
• Observation 48: Lack of Female Infantry Character
  Recommendation: Create female infantry model for users to select during rank up.
• Observation 49: 3rd Player in Jeep relegated to passive role.
  
  Recommendation: Allow 3rd player riding shotgun to use his personally carried weapons to fight within his field of vision/view/movement. Gunner in back will be in the way of course, but at least the player has a more active role instead of just riding along and hoping not to die.
• Observation 50: 2nd Player in Warhawk is relegated to passive role during flight/hover
• Observation: Lack of parachute is unrealistic and detracts from the enjoyment of the game.
  Recommendation: Add a randomized key sequence that the pilot must enter to eject the Warhawk, however, any other characters embarked in the Warhawk would only have to enter a single button to eject.
• Observation: Lack of troop transport vehicles.
• *Observation* Pressing L3 to talk is uncomfortable. Recommendation: A mic system such as RFOM, a squad based mic system to allow people that are going to be on defence to be in their own squad, same as offencive.
