Help me please! I need some relationship advice!

Well there is this guy that I fancie and he is really cool and I need some help because I am really shy and I don't actually know if he fancies me or not.
I have written down some of the things that he does so please can you comment and give me some advice.

    Well, i sometimes catch him staring at me but he looks away straight away...

    Once he stopped talking to his friend to turn round and say hi to me when he was walking past me...

    The last time I saw him he looked up to see who was walking past but when he saw that it was me he looked away, could this be cos i was with my friend and we were talking loudly and laughing??...

    When we got off of the bus with some other friends i made this joke about standing in a line and he came and joined in straight away before my friend who was standing next to me joined in...

    When I walked past him at school he was talking to a friend and glanced in my direction without stopping talking when I walked past and looked at him...
