Is this dumb blonde thing funny?

So a blonde and a brunett walk into a restaurant together at 7, as they wait for there food to come they deside to watch the news. A man is threatening to jump of a bridge. The brunett says, "I bet you $20 that he will jump off," so the blonde says "ok, its a bet", so they keep watching and the man jumps. The blonde takes out a 20 and hands it to the brunett, but she says "i cant take this, I saw the 5 oclock news," and the blonde says " I did too, i just didnt think he would jump again!"
