I'm bored yet again. So, here's a little guessing game that involves the names of some of my poetry and song lyrics.
Just try to guess what it's most intended (general/ simplified) meaning is, by the info given.
I'll give a clue for each (a word that has to do it, and small portion of the writing), along with the name.

    Ruin - clue: double meaning, love. "slaves to these parasitic creatures/ those we thought as angels"

    Defiance - clue: anger. "I'm not a soul-less you may tame/ The will of others won't be my only way"
