- Give them the answer complete with every detail they may possibly require.
- Give them the answer as concise as possible.
- Knowingly give the wrong answer, as a practical joke.
- Leave it for somebody else to answer- you haven't got the time.

The social networking site you've recently joined requires you to create a tagline for your profile. What do you write?
- Simply give some details about yourself - age, job, hometown, etc,
- Give a quote from one of your favourite poets, writers or philosophers.
- Refer to yourself by a nickname, say you are 'livin it up' with your 'fave sxc gal' and warn them not to mess with you.
- You are mistaken. I wouldn't join a 'social networking site'. They're just not my thing.

A comment you made on a well-known website has caused somebody to reply with an angry comment. What do you do?
- Stand your ground - fight back with all guns blazing.
- Reply by saying simply that they are wrong and you are right.
- Reply by saying you are sorry if you caused them any upset or offence.
- Do nothing - just let them have their beliefs.

You have to make a complaint to a large company. How do you go about it?
- Be 'in their faces' so to speak - tell them that they are in the wrong and that you demand something be done about it.
- Say that this is not what you expect from such a reputable firm, and that your custom is no longer theirs.
- Remain polite throughout, but still ask that something is done to compensate you.
- Politely inform them of their mistake without expecting anything out of it for yourself.

The company replies by saying that you should write a letter to their head office. What do you do?
- Write a short, rude, informal letter accusing them of trying to put you off making a complaint.
- Write them a letter, politely pointing out they're mistake and, as stated in the e-mail, you would like something done about it.
- Reply to the e-mail, stating you believe you shouldn't have to write a letter, you've already written an e-mail afterall.
- Don't bother to write a letter, but drop the issue instead.

How do you deal with chain mail?
- I tell the sender not to send me any more.
- I send them on to every single person in my contacts.
- I just delete it without sending it on to anybody.
- I just let it sit in my inbox without doing anything with it.

What grounds do you have for blocking a contact on an instant messenger?
- I don't use 'instant messengers'- they are just malevolant freak databases.
- I usually block people because they are too boring, above anything else.
- I try not to block people, but sometimes I have no choice.
- I don't block anybody, but I do fall out of contact with some.

Somebody you don't know adds you on an instant messenger. What do you do?
- I've told you, I don't use instant messengers!
- I make every effort to get to know them.
- I cautiously enquire where they got my address, before engaging in conversation.
- I won't talk to them. If they ask me a question, the nearest they'll get to an answer is sarcasm.

One of your best friends is busy on an instant messenger, but you really want to talk to them. What do you do?
- I wait until they are available before talking to them.
- I just start talking. Usually they're just lying!
- I wait to see if they become available and if they don't, I enquire enthusiastically if they're available to talk.
- I don't bleeding have instant messengers!

Finally, in what contexts might you use abbreviations?
- Never, the English language is so beautiful that they aren't needed.
- Hardly ever - if I do use them, it would only be with friends
- Alwayz blod
- What difference does it matter whether I say 'Hi' or 'Greetings, fair maiden'. I think you'll find the answer is no difference.
