Customer Service Incoming Calls

When faced with an enraged caller you must NOT:

• Ask the person to calm down before the call can proceed
• Use your CSO training to change the mood of the caller
• Ask for a line manager or most experienced colleague to assist
• Make a note of the comments regardless of the tone, then offer to call back
