This is cool but pretty hard! I got 50%!
higher up soured to 70 percent
I got a 90 and it had a couple questions where I had to double check that's not a small feat. Good job Posiedon13.
I think question 5 can also be Persephonie because Demeter might be able to change the seasons but only because her daughter is in the Underworld.
Number 7 is wrong, because helios was a titan not a god and apollo beat him out for the title god of the son
hes a Roman god ppl get that straight ROMAN GOD
HE'S A ROMAN GOD! THIS IS FOR GREEK GODS! OTHERWISE IT'S APOLLO!!
wtf no hes not
helios is greek. but later Apollo was merged with Helios giving Apollo the duties of the sun god. So technically BOTH could be considered correct!
helios is greek, but a titan. Sol was the roman sun god not helios. And yes in a way appolo was th sun god, being the god oof light, but he never rid the sun chariot. -> Helios is the sun god. altough they are sometimes portrayed as the same god.
i got a 50 percent
Perseus IS actually a son of Poseidon. Perseus Jackson, that is.
yeah he was but poseidon13 probably did not know that. Perseus was also a son of Zues.
perseus is Zeus' son... FYI Percy jackson isn't really part of greek mythology
FAIL. phaeton, son of helios, wasnt killed by zeus, he crashed the sun chariot. Apollo is god of the sun, he beat out helios(a titan!!) for that spot, persophone changes seasons because in the fall/winter she is in the underworld, and in spring she is on topside makeing it warmer and all that jazz. i know my stuff, and the only one i really didnt get right was #1, where i would have picked Pan, had he been available, but demeter was so i picked her. @Vadahadahada, HAHAHAHAHA thats pretty funny.
I know, isn't that true?
FAIL: Zues is oldest. Persephone changes fall/winter into spring/summer. Helios was the Roman god of the sun but he left and Apollo took over. Phaeton, son of Helios, crashed the sun chariot and therefor was not killed by Zues. So HA !!!!
zeus was youngest actually. cronus (father) ate all of his older siblings, and rhea (mother) tricked cronus into eating a rock instead after zeus was born. she hid zeus from cronus until he was an adult. when he was, he defeated cronus who then basically puked all the other now-grown kids back up again. if im wrong, that fifth grade project was screwed. =/
I know right?! I was soo upset when i got those wrong. lol
zeus is the youngest u fail
Zeus was YOUNGEST. Phaethon was struck out of the chariot by Zeus' lightning bolt causing it to crash (he died) Helios is NOT ROMAN he is greek. Its Demeter who changes the seasons because she swore to Zeus she would make nothing grow until her daughter returned for Spring and Summer. Persephone just got kidnapped. So there!! TAKE THAT U FAIL SUCKA!
Zeus is the youngest... Phaeton was killed by zeus' lightning bolt, but that was not the cause of the crash. Zeus killed phaeton to prevent further damage, when phaeton had lost control of the chariot... Helios was a titan, not an olympian god, so technically he wouldn't be described as a god in greek mythology. BTW how could have helios even a roman god when roman mythology was practicly greek mythology but with new names...The Q of who causes the seasons is more tricky one...
...demeter was the one who caused the seasons like zuesgirlrulestheworld wrote, but in a way persephone CAUSED them when returning for summer.
perseus IS a son Poseidon!!!!!!!!!!!!!this quiz sucked i dont even no y i took it
yeah i totally agree
perseus is Zeus' son it's even in percy Jackson you idiots... FYI Percy jackson isn't really part of greek mythology
They mean the Perseus in Greek MYTHOLOGY. That Perseus is a son of Zeus. Like Crazy_At_Heart says, Percy Jackson, however awesome, is not a part of Greek Mythology.
