Does he like me? plz help!

k theres this guy and im totally obsessed with him. i really want to know if he likes me but i cant tell. #3 he did say yes but im not sure if he meant it. its not the first time his frined lied to me =C. #4 when i say inapproperiate language, i dont mean dirty or swears. i mean words like hell.

    When I'm not staring at him he stares at me.

    When we sit near each other in class, he always whispers stuff to his friends while looking at me and he never tells me what he says!

    i asked him if he liked me, but he wouldnt answer me. he waited until the end of the day and had his best friend tell me he said yes.

    Whenever i use "inapproperiate" language, as he says, he tells me to use approperiate around him and then laughs. (it gets annoying)

    most his friends dont like me. but he still talks to me sometimes when they're around.
