Serious Problem

I'm a guy with a problem. I was gonna help my best friend with his garage sale at 1 o'clock, but he said that he was shutting down. I was riding by his house at 2 on my bike with 2 of my other friends and everything was still up and running at his house, and there was a sign saying 9-3 for the hours of the sale. He also has said that he doesn't wanna be seen with me in public, won't answer my texts, and he makes up excuses if I ask if he wants to hang out. P.S.: We're both straight!
