Here is a brief survey that I put together to help Ty-Kyna (our events planner) get an idea of how many people we need to accomodate during the weekend. Please take a few minutes to answer the questions, so that we can finalize our dates, secure our meeting places, as well as address other pertinent issues needed to make this a successful and memorable reunion.
