IN the winter of 1979 it all started. What you may ask? The day that young Norbert took his own life. It all started at Oakland Middle School, in room 236. Mrs. Blackwood was passing beck their tests. Norbert had felt like he was going to fail. And he was right. He got a D. " Now children," says Mrs. Blackwood. " If you got less then a 65%, " why did she look at Norbert? " you may retake it. But your parents will need to sign it first." Now some people think that it is becasue of the weird kid
