I need to know if this boy likes me. Its getting to confusing!!!

There is a boy in my class that I think likes me. He liked me in the beginning after easter, then he was giving me the cold shoulder, then he was just acting odd around me(avoiding me, etc.), now during the last days of school he kept looking at me. He barley talks to me and Im shy so I never had the guts to start a conversation with him. I just want to now if he likes me. Ok we had 6th grade in emementary school.

    At Olimpic day at school he wouldnt stop looking at me. Does that mean anything?

    When we went on a field trip my friend left and I was alone. Before we left he walked next to me the whole time till we got to the buses. (tip: none of his friends were around)

    During recess one of his female friends (that annoys him) blurted out who he liked and ever since he was giving me the cold shoulder. (I could sense it)

    He has a lot of girls phone numbers except me, but my friend who sat next to him says that they gave him the numbers and he hates it when they text and call him. is that a good thing or a bad thing?

    I heard him whispering my name and the day after he said my name I think he said romance?

    My friend who sat nezxt to him heard him say my name a couple of times while he was whispering to his friend (who also sits next to him)
