As I look into her eyes
They hypnotize
Then I realize
I am no longer with the guys
I stand alone
My feet as heavy as stone
I stare across the room
Deafened by my heart. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
I start to choke up
If only I would have spoke up
But in front of her I stood
But my mouth was no good
I do not believe in love at first site
But there was something about that nite
Wait--
Now, I am back where I was
I am too much of a puss
Back here I stand
Wishing to hold her hand
