Is he stalking me?

There's this weird guy at my school...i dont know if he's actually stalking me, i think he's just realllly creepy. or maybe i'm just paranoid, idk. but, i'll give you examples of what he's done and then you can tell me what u think :)

    I barely know him, we were in this community thing together last year but i like, never talked to him.

    Then suddenly like, a few weeks ago, he added me as a friend on facebook after not having talked to me for a year...

    And then a week or two ago on facebook, he asked if i was dating anybody...(i wasnt)

    And then when i said no, he asked me out.

    And ever since then he's talked to me like, every day on facebook.

    And i thought it was just me, but one day after he asked me out, he went up to my friend and randomly ruffled her hair...

    Then on Spring Break he told me he missed me (even though i dont see him in school very much, anyway)

    And if that weren't bad enough, he said the same thing to my best friend (not the same one as before)

    He's incredibly gross and not nice and disgusting, and he's like, 3 years older than me.
