My friend insists that guys don't like makeup at all. I maintain that makeup enhances girls' features.
Assume:
1 The girl merely uses A LITTLE (proper for the situation/time) but doesn't "need" it
2 She knows how to use it well so that it looks good
3 Put the girl's personality aside; don't be afraid of sounding shallow.
I know people want to say "it depends" but JUST for the sake of my curiosity, do me a favor and think in general, most of the time, and if you had to pick one or the other.
