- Solve the problem in your head before getting up, taking mental notes on how you did it, and then solving the problem on the board.

- Flush like mad, correct the mistake and spend the next five minutes in the bathroom getting over it.
- Blush, get up, solve the problem, and get it over with as fast as you can.
- Shrug, saunter up to the board and "solve" the wrong section of the problem.
- Glare at the teacher until he/she solves it him/herself.
- Ask how you got it wrong, and make sure that you completely understand where you went wrong before fixing it.

- Bury it down as far as you can, and try to cover your feelings up.
- Get over it. You never really liked him anyway.
- Try and bear it, but confide in your mom/sister/aunt.
- Call up your very best friend, and have a getting over it sleepover.
- Shrug. There's plenty of other fish in the sea.

- Try to fix any problems, trying not to get too much involved.
- Give comfort, and reassure the fact you are always a shoulder to cry on.
