When embarking on any journey, it is important to recognize where you are now and where you want to go, so that you can map out the best route for getting there. The inventory below is designed to help you assess your current state. As you engage in the work of releasing that which does not serve you and opening to that which does, your score and your sense of well-being will improve.

Please answer the following questions to identify your emotional state at this point in your life.
