On June 30, all fiber-to-the-home customers in our Sacramento market with 3, 10 and 20 Mbps Internet will receive a FREE upgrade to 3/3; 15/15 and 25/25. The goals of this campaign are to increase customer loyalty and retention and remain competitive in the marketplace. This upgrade will happen automatically with no action or obligation required of the customer.

    Customer's must sign a new one year contract in order to upgrade from 10Mb to 15Mb or 20Mb to 25Mb
