they are heros for there country
yes it was honorable for the japanese. just like here in iraq, we don't think that these terrorists are right, but they are fighting for a cause they believe in. "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter" To the japanese, the kamikazes were freedom fighters, martyrs for a cause for what they believed in. The iraqi insurgents? Freedom fighters, martyrs for a cause for what they believed in. The same goes for anybody who fights to protect something. It's all about perspective.

Yea, I agree that they're heros and such, and the Japanese can surley be honorable for them and be happy for them. But I think that was a dumb idea, and shouldn't of been used. I'm not being racist and I'm not saying that the Japanese were dumb! Every country has their flaws and their benefits. In my opinion, I just thought that it was a dumb idea.
well hows that raceist it was part of there religuin and emperior hirohito went forth with the plan and they manly kamikaze after they had no ammo in the turrets and they prouble get shot down anyway
Honorable cause they did it for there country. They gave there lives for honor, comitment, family, brotherhood. They did what they thought was right for there country. there are people out in the world who think the same things as we do. after all. we all are human. The japs thought we would kill them if we took them as POW's. so they did kamikazes. instead of being a prisoner and killed, they honord there country by flying into our ships and destroying them. Honorable for there country.
