- Stick up for them; there's no way you're going to take this sitting down.
- Talk to the populars; use your charm and easily get out of the situation. If that doesn't work, call on a favor.
- Quickly come up with an idea to get your friend out of this. Come up wioth a smooth but snappy comeback and tell the populars to cool it.
- Stand up and start agruing your point in front of a crowd. Persuade the crowd to join your side and get the populars to stand down.

- Create something beautiful and put all your hatred in it. Then, send it to your friends who spread it throughout the whole school.
- Get up and tell the whole school the situation, emabrassing your new enemy.
- Confront your friend during lunch break while others hear the whole thing. Now, the other students know she/he was lying.
- Gather some of the other students together and tell them the situation (adding a few other details to embellish). As the story is spread around the school, you are off the hook and now your other 'friend' is on it.
