The DiSC personality profiler is one of the most widely used instrument of its type. It particularly useful in team settings for helping to understand how different personality types will tend to interact.

This version of the profile is extremely simplified, but may be an interesting introduction to the material being measured. If you are interested in more precise and accurate information, licensed versions of the inventory are available online from various companies at a charge.
