Help...please :)

My friend keeps telliing me that she wants to kill herself, and I really don't know how to help her. She has a load of family problems (no freedom, parents keep telling her she's worthless ect...), shes depressed and her ex boyfriend keeps telling her he loves her...then she says she loves him...then they split up...then she cuts herself...then they're back together...then they split up ect ect. I really dont know what to do anymore so if someone can help i'll be sooo grateful xx
