How often do you look for sales?
- Sales? Is that when they reduce the price of something? Yeah, right, never!
- You keep and eye out for them and buy things on sale if you actually need them (or just really, really like them)!
- Always. you never, ever buy anything that isn't on sale...and sometimes you'll even buy things you don't really like if they're marked down enough.

You get your allowance on Friday. By the end of the weekend it's:
- Long gone! Usualy there's a movie on Friday night, and then you might buy the cutest outfit for your poodle, Genevieve, and then...
- About half gone. You tend to spend most of your money on the weekends, but you like to have some left over for the week just in case.
- Still in your wallet. Why would you spend any money on the weekend?

Your mom takes you to the bookstore to spend your own money on the latest book by your favourite author. when you get there, you find out that the book costs less than you thought. You:
- Buy three bookmarks, the cutest little reading light, and some candy that you crabbed at the checkout. But you needed all that stuff, honest!
- Buy the book (you can't wait to read it!) and save your change for another day.
- Decide not to buy it anyway. After all, if you just wait a month (or two or three), you can probably borrow it from a friend.

How often do you check the price of someting at different stores before buying it?
- Um, why would you do all that work? If you want something, you get it--a done deal!
- Most of the time--/especially/ if it's a big purchase.
- Always. Some days you spend so much time bargain hunting aht you never get around to actually buying anything.

You saved your allowance for weeks, but it was so worth it! You just bought the most amazing pair of jeans! But when you try them on again at home, you realize they don't look so great on you. So you:
- Throw them in the back of your closet with all the othe things you don't wear...and hope your mom doesn't notice.
- Return them and use some of the store credit to buy a new dress. You'll save the rest for your next shopping trip!
- Take them back immediately! When the salesgirl points to a big sign taht says 'No refunds. Store credit only,' you make a big fuss. So what if everyone in the store is staring?

- How much you love it.../and/ how adorable everyone will think you look when you're wearing it.
- How much you like it, how much it costs, and whether or not you have something to wear with it.
- Whether or not it's a good deal. Bargains rule!
