- dont create any new vampire just join a coven that already exists
- just friends and family althou you dont care whether they want to stay human or not
- skilled ones with great powers
- you dont know yet whatever comes along whether its friends,family,stranger,or other vampires
- create some new vampires and gather some old .best of both I guess
