As a Realtor I am trying to come up with my next years worth of advertising to the Homeowners that live in my area. I know we all hate junk mail, so I'm hoping to find out which method of advertising is least annoying and hopefully even helpful to the average person. What better way to find out than ask all of my friends and family who I know will be brutally honest with me! It's super short, just a few questions and will help me to be the best Realtor I can be!

Which of the following mail pieces would you be least likely to throw away?
- magnetic fridge calendar with my smiling face and phone number on it
- a newsletter with Real Estate articles, recent homes sold, and a section with local community events
- a postcard introducing myself as a neighbor and Realtor in your area (again with picture and smiling me!)
- A packet of seeds to plant in your garden (again with picture and smiling me!)
