how well do you know him because last time i asked a guy out was a month or two ago and he has ignored me since

well If you know him as an aqtaince than you've got that in your favor, you can get to know him... take it slow don't ask right out of know were it could scare him off. then ask for his number to texted or something text hi a bit call whatever. And after a while like a month or two, ask him see how he feel about you. but become friends first it works much better! hope this helps!
