Yes, its another one bout my bff, but now she has a crush on another guy!

Let's say his name is Matt (fake name). She met him at a Halloween party. Two weeks later, they met again, at another party. She said he was really nice to her. But please help, for her win. Thnx! =)

    Still at the party, the lights went out for a moment (idk why) and he approached her (face to face)

    She was passing a narrow way, but he blocked it (they were alone) so she said "let me pass!" but he didnt, so she grabbed his waist to try to pull him aside and he smiled but still didnt move

    When the party was almost over, they all went to the beach (at midnight =P) and he took his shirt off in front of her

    At the end of the party, he wanted to drive her home, but he couldn't
