need help. cant tell what he wants. ugh...

    Sometimes he tries to make jokes with me or tease me in a nice way. is he trying to get my attention?

    Sometimes at random moments hell smile at me or say something to get my attention

    today in swimming class, he kept looking at me, like leaning out of his way to look at me.(i was wearing a bikini)

    he never usually talks to me, but sometimes when i walk by and say hi to his friend whos also my friend hell say something like "hey what about me? or "me too!"

    on some days he stares at me the whole day then on others he doesnt even glance. then he goes back to staring and then to not.

    the last time we texted we got into an arguement but he apologized then said "happy new year:)"weird right?

    sometimes when he looks at me and then i look back at him his face gets all red and he pretends he was looking in another direction.
