What to do for an unwanted quiz...... {READ INTRO}

I have gotten a couple of complaints based on sending my quizzes/stories to people that don't want to read them. It is just easier to send them to every body and have them delete them than to uncheck certain people.
I get quizzes I don't care about and just delete them. It's just easier that way.
