The Human Machine part 9

I've changed the title! i sat up all last night, trying to figure out a plot. i came up with one eventually, but it has become much more sci-fi. please don't let that word put you off! this was my first attempt at romance, but it was starting to get a bit twilight-y, so i scrapped it.
